The Freedom Ticket is a down-ballot voter guide published and paid for by Turning Point PAC for the November general election in three states: Arizona, Nevada, and New Hampshire. It sets out Turning Point PAC's recommendations and endorsements for races on your ballot — from the top of the ticket down to local school boards, judicial retention questions, and ballot propositions — so that you can vote with confidence.

The Freedom Ticket is produced, paid for, and published by Turning Point PAC. Every recommendation and endorsement in this guide is Turning Point PAC's own and should not be attributed to other organizations.

Both reflect Turning Point PAC's own independent judgment, and both are expressions of our support. The difference is one of process, not of enthusiasm.

• An endorsement is a formal action of Turning Point PAC. It follows a complete review of the candidate and is approved through our internal endorsement process.
• A recommendation is our guidance to voters on how we suggest they vote in a given race, based on the information available to us. It is not a formal endorsement action and does not carry any commitment of Turning Point PAC support or resources beyond this guide.

Every entry on the Freedom Ticket is at least a recommendation. Some entries are also endorsements, and those entries are identified with an endorsement badge. An entry that does not carry that marker is a recommendation only.

No. Neither a recommendation nor an endorsement means that a candidate requested our support, participated in producing this guide, or has any other relationship with Turning Point PAC. Our recommendations and endorsements are made independently, and candidates are not consulted about the content of this guide before it is published.

No. The Freedom Ticket is not authorized by, and was not produced in cooperation, consultation, or concert with — or at the request or suggestion of — any candidate, candidate committee, political party committee, or any agent of any of them. Every recommendation and endorsement in this guide reflects Turning Point PAC's own evaluation.

No. The Freedom Ticket is paid for by Turning Point PAC. No candidate, campaign, committee, or other person has paid or provided anything of value in exchange for inclusion, placement, a recommendation, or an endorsement in this guide.

Use the Freedom Ticket as a reference while you complete your ballot, whether you are voting by mail with an early ballot or voting in person. You can print it or pull it up on your phone and work through your ballot race by race. It is designed to be used alongside your official ballot, not as a substitute for the sample ballot and ballot information provided by your local election official — your county recorder in Arizona, your county clerk or registrar of voters in Nevada, or your town or city clerk in New Hampshire.

There are several possible reasons: the race may be new to us and still under review; we may not have enough information to evaluate the candidates; the race may be uncontested; or we may not have prioritized that race this cycle. If your race is not listed, check with your local election official for your full ballot, and check back with us — we update the guide as more information becomes available.

The absence of a recommendation or an endorsement is not a statement of opposition to a candidate. It may mean only that we did not have sufficient information, that the candidate did not meet our criteria, or that we chose not to take a position in that race. We do not publish a recommendation or endorsement in every race.

Our criteria vary by the type of race.

• Partisan races. We consider party affiliation, voting record, public policy positions, and overall alignment with conservative principles, including past votes on key issues.
• Nonpartisan races, including school boards. We review candidates' public positions, campaign materials, and endorsements, and we prioritize candidates who support educational freedom, Empowerment Scholarship Accounts and similar programs, parental rights, and related principles.
• Judicial retention. We review who appointed each judge, the judge's record of rulings on key issues, and any conduct or ethics findings that appear in the public record. We prioritize judges who demonstrate a commitment to constitutional originalism, judicial restraint, and respect for the separation of powers.
• Ballot measures and propositions. We review the text of the measure, its fiscal and legal effect, and its consistency with the principles described above.

These criteria describe our general approach. They are not a scoring system, and we retain full discretion over whether to take a position in any race.
